Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 9 September 2026

Welcome to frankiekington.com. These terms explain what you can expect from me when you use this website or work with me as a coach, and what I expect in return. By using this site or booking a session with me, you’re agreeing to these terms, so please take a few minutes to read them.

Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to anyone who:

  • Browses frankiekington.com
  • Books a free discovery call or paid coaching session with me
  • Signs up for my newsletter, e-book, or online courses
  • Purchases or reads my books
  • Contacts me via the website, email, phone, or WhatsApp

If you’re booking coaching on behalf of a company or organisation, these terms apply to you and to that organisation.

About my services

I, Frankie Kington, provide:

  • Mental health and wellbeing coaching
  • Leadership development coaching
  • Coaching and mentoring
  • Public speaking coaching
  • Professional and personal development coaching
  • E-learning courses, books, and free educational resources

Important, please read this carefully: My coaching services are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or any form of licensed mental health treatment. I am a coach and mentor, not a medical doctor, psychologist, or psychotherapist, and nothing on this website or in a coaching session should be treated as medical or clinical advice.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of harming yourself or others, or need urgent medical support, please contact emergency services (999 in the UK), your GP, or a crisis service such as the Samaritans (116 123, free, 24/7) immediately. Coaching is not designed for, and should not be relied on for, crisis intervention.

By booking coaching with me, you confirm that you understand this distinction and that you are seeking coaching support, not clinical treatment.

Booking sessions

  • Discovery calls are booked via Calendly and are free of charge, with no obligation to continue.
  • Paid coaching sessions or programmes are agreed individually. Pricing, format (online or in person), and frequency will be confirmed with you directly before you commit to anything.
  • I reserve the right to decline to work with anyone where I feel coaching isn’t the right fit, or where I don’t believe I can help responsibly.

Cancellations and rescheduling

  • I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session.
  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full, at my discretion.
  • If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will give you as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time at no extra cost.

Payment

  • Fees for paid coaching programmes will be agreed with you in writing (by email) before work begins.
  • Payment is due in accordance with the terms set out in your individual coaching agreement or invoice.
  • I reserve the right to pause or stop delivering sessions if payment is significantly overdue, after reasonable notice to you.
  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

  • Discovery calls are free, so no refund questions arise there.
  • For paid coaching packages, refund eligibility (if any) will be set out clearly in your individual coaching agreement at the time of booking, since coaching is a personalised service delivered over time.
  • Digital products (e-books, courses) are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by UK consumer law.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Confidentiality

What you share with me during coaching sessions is treated as confidential. I won’t disclose details of our conversations to third parties, except:

  • Where you give me explicit permission to do so
  • Where I’m legally required to (for example, a court order)
  • Where I have a genuine, good faith concern about your safety or someone else’s safety

Please see my Privacy Policy for full detail on how your personal data is handled.
